GSK’s «Papierhäuser» series brings architecture and art to life for young readers. Thanks to an innovative production technique, the fold-out book can be unfolded to reveal a panoramic picture measuring four metres in length. An accompanying booklet recounts the adventures of the cats and contains interesting facts and anecdotes about notable buildings in various Swiss cities.

The two cats Leo and Lila have now joined the cast alongside Theo the tomcat and also set off on voyages of discovery. The analogue reading experience is complemented by a playful app that brings the stories to life in the digital world. Those who prefer to explore the locations in person can do so via walking tours, literally bringing Switzerland’s architectural history to life.
